Anand Shah is a graduate student at Nova Southeastern University (NSU), studying Biomedical Informatics. He is passionate about the application of information technology to improve healthcare delivery; his interests are leaned towards the utilization of information technology in dentistry and improving accessibility to patient care. For his excellent academic track record at NSU, he has received the opportunity to become a current member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Anand has completed dental school and received a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from India where he has worked as an associate dentist in multiple private practices. He is currently working towards his dental licensure in the United States. In his free time, Anand enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading books, and practicing calligraphy.
